Our Centre accepts reservations via phone, fax, e-mail or a form on our website.
Once we receive your reservation details we will send you an initial confirmation of the reservation. The final confirmation of the reservation will be sent to you after we receive your advance payment.

The reservation is deemed confirmed the moment the customer makes the advance payment of 30% of the total cost of stay within 5 days of making the reservation. In the case of failure to pay within this period the reservation will be cancelled.

Please provide the following details in the money transfer:
– forename and surname of person booking the stay or the forename and surname of the person staying
– exact dates of the stay and the name of the package.
Please pay the outstanding amount on the day of arrival.

Forms of payment: cash, credit card. We accept such credit cards as:
– VISA
– VISA ELECTRON
– MAESTRO
– MASTER CARD
– MASTER CARD ELECTRONIC
– POLCARD
– JCB
– AMERICAN EXPRESS
– DINERS CLUB INT.

 

How to cancel your reservation:
In the event of cancelling the reservation, the following charge will be deducted from your advance payment:
a) 30% of the advance payment if cancelled up to 30 days prior to arrival,
b) 50% of the advance payment if cancelled up to 15 days prior to arrival,
c) 80% of the advance payment if cancelled up to 7 days prior to arrival,
d) 100% of the advance payment if cancelled less than 7 days prior to arrival or if the customer fails to notify his cancellation of the reservation or if they arrive late or if they do not check in before 24:00 hrs on the first day of reserved stay in which case the reservation is cancelled for the whole period of stay.

If you change the dates of your stay and notify the Reception of the Centre earlier, the advance payment may be used during the next stay which should take place within 1 year of the payment of the advance. After that period, the advance payment shall not be taken into account in subsequent settlements.
